Your germination rates will depend on lots of environmental factors. 

Please note: your plants, vegetables & flowers won’t always look the exactly same as our photos.  They can be different colours, shade’s and forms - this is what makes Gardening & Nature so fascinating!

All information provided by us including advice, treatment, images & descriptions are provided in good faith.  Significant variations may occur due to climate, location, weather conditions, and ither factors beyond our control.

Do not use Seeds for any other purpose than originally intended.

Seed Count:

Seeds packets are measured by weight.  Therefore, our Seed numbers are approximate.

What is the best before date of my seeds?

We sell seeds that are viable at the time of sale, viability will slowly decrease over time.  We only sell seeds that are fresh and viable at the time of sale.  The life of the product is dependent on how you, the customer, store them.  For this reason, we recommend you only purchase seeds near the time you intend to use them.  Seeds should be stored in a dry, cool, dark place.  A cupboard or drawer is usually sufficient for short term storage.

Once your seeds leave our warehouse, we cannot control how you store them until you plant them.  As such, we are unable to provide a refund due to germination rate, success rate, or change of mind once the seeds leave our warehouse. 

Terms of Sale:

Seed's are a live product.  Germination depends on many factors including but not limited to: temperature, moisture, growing medium, light, pest and disease and other environmental conditions.  These factors are totally out of our control and are the buyer's responsibility and risk.   Consequently, we cannot unconditionally guarantee seed to perform properly regardless of growing conditions, storage and the buyer's methods. 

EXCLUSION OF LIABILTY: 

No warranty, either express or implied, is given in relation to the goods and any liability arising out of or in respect of the supply, re-supply, use, re-use, or safety of the goods, howsoever arising, and including any liability the Supplier may otherwise have had by virtue of any representation, warranty, condition or term, whether express or implied by law or custom and whether for consequential loss, loss of profits or contracts, or loss of use or for any direct, indirect or consequential loss (including any liability in relation to the resultant crop) or otherwise is hereby excluded.

Delivery Policy:


Dispatch is 3-7 business day turnaround on most orders.  However, we do experience seasonal peaks where dispatch may take 7-14 business days.  Note that dispatch is not delivery time.  It is the time it takes us to pack and dispatch your order. 

We are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates or delivery timeframes.  All delivery times are estimates only.  We will not be liable for late deliveries, or any loss, damage, or cost incurred due to late delivery.

Once the product leaves our premises, responsibility for its condition or handling shifts to the recipient or carrier.  If you wish to insure your purchase, kindly call us for available options. 

Seed Count:

Seed counts are approximate only & provided as a guide only.  Seeds are measured by volume or weight.

Order Acceptance: 

All orders placed through this website are subject to confirmation and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone or cancel any order at any time. We will indicate the acceptance of an order by processing and shipping the ordered items to you.

Cancellation/Refunds on Orders: 

Please choose your products carefully and review your order before making payment.  Once payment has been made, it is not possible to cancel an order.

All goods we sell must be of acceptable quality and fit for the purpose they are sold for.  If we fail to meet any of these requirements we will happily provide you with a replacement or refund.  Please make contact with us within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss.  We are not required to give refunds under any other circumstances.

To be eligible for a refund, you items must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.  Your item must be in the original packaging, unopened, and intact.  You will be responsible for paying for you own postage charges for returning your items.  These postage charges are not refundable. 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and be in touch.  

Availability: 

We aim to keep our inventory as accurate as possible.  However from time to time errors may occur and we may not be able to fulfil an order.  In this instance we will refund the customers for any omitted items and process the remainder of the order if applicable.

Seed Restrictions:

Due to quarantine restrictions, we cannot post seeds to WA or TAS.
