Rooted in friendship, grown from pure passion

It started the way the best things do — completely unplanned.  Michelle and Claire met at playgroup when Claire's daughter Olivia was just 4 days old.  The two new Mums clicked instantly. As if that wasn't enough of a sign, they soon discovered they were neighbours in Lang Lang, with only one farm standing between their front doors.

Life got wonderfully busy between 2018 and 2025 — the kind of busy that fills your days. Through all of it, one thing stayed constant: they could spend entire days talking about flowers, vegetables, herbs, and fruit.  Growing things wasn't just a hobby.  It was therapy.

"On the very same night, we both had the exact same thought — what if we sold seeds?"
The next morning, they each arrived with the same declaration: "I've got a business idea." Same moment.  Same idea.  Some things are simply meant to be.

For Claire, gardening became even more meaningful in 2025 during cancer treatment. Spending time in the garden became part of rehabilitation — a space for healing, slowing down and rebuilding strength.  Nurturing plants mirrored the journey of nurturing herself back to health.  It truly became therapy in every sense of the word.

Michelle runs & lives on a flower farm, where she grows and sells beautiful Protea & Native flowers at her farm gate.  Her farm also supplies flowers to the wholesale market. Gardening isn’t just something she enjoys — it’s her life.  She understands seasons, soil, and flowers in a way that only comes from living and breathing it every day.

That's how Seed Therapy was born — a little business rooted in deep friendship, a shared love of getting their hands dirty in the Lang Lang soil, and the belief that growing your own — whether it's a vase full of blooms or a bowl of fresh herbs — is good for the soul.
